On
the Job Training (OJT)
You offer our qualified applicants the same
entry-level wages and benefits as your other
employees and we reimburse you up to 50% of the
applicant's wages for the period of time necessary
to complete their job training.

Vocational Skills Training
Our staff members work with you to design a training
program to fit your staffing needs. Our instructors
are concerned with providing classroom experiences
that prepare your employees to be successful on the
job.

Internship Program
Designed for youths between the ages of 16-21 years
of age. We pay their wages, you find tasks to
complete that introduce the participants to the
challenges and rewards of gainful employment.

Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC)
