AACF has added healthcare services to it's many hats
AACF is now a licensed home healthcare services provider
AACF Community Senior Care is a non-medical in home care organization. We provide non-medical, in-home care services to seniors who want to stay home but need assistance with their personal activities of daily living, through our dedicated, compassionate and professional caregivers.
Our caregivers provide care, comfort, companionship and supervision that our clients need while providing peace of mind to their families. We achieve this through a detailed personal needs evaluation involving, the individual, and their family if necessary. This assessment allows us to customize a care plan and select the best caregivers for each client’s personal situation. We can perform the evaluation in the home and then it generally takes a day or so to begin care. AACF has served the community since 1985, providing free employment services and training. The major goals of AACF are to provide our clients access to job openings and to existing and new job readiness training programs. Please stop by to look at our job board for up coming Career Fairs and other Community Events.
