AACF
Established as a not-for-profit agency in
1985, African American Christian Foundation (AACF) has helped to create employment
opportunity for community residents regardless
of race, color or religious affiliation.
We provide job training programs and job
placement services to youth and adults in the
Chicago's West Suburbs and neighboring
communities. Our job training programs combine
vocational and computer skills with academics
and job readiness skills. We address the
socioeconomic needs of members of our community
through the use of technology, vocational
training and counseling.
Over 500 adults and teenagers utilize the center each year because
they want to succeed. This year another 120 families will succeed
and move towards self-sufficiency here at AACF.
