Requirements for admission to computer courses at AACF generally range from a minimum of Grade 8 to two years of college work. Admissions are conducted throughout the year. Those applicants who apply during the course of class training will be given first consideration to be enrolled in the next course. Please refer to individual course requirements. No person shall be excluded from admissions, denied any benefits or subjected to any form of discrimination because of sex, age, creed, religion, national origin or physical handicap.
Tuition differs from course to course, and is generally determined by course duration. AACF has a flexible payment plan that allows students to make payment on an installment basis.
Every graduating student should have achieved a pass grade of 'C' or above, calculated from percentage scores obtained in tests conducted at regular intervals, home assignments and a final examination. (This is in addition to the mandatory percentage attendance). Students falling below the 'C' grade are deemed to fail the course and will need to repeat the class.
In compliance with established Rules and Regulations, and with 105 ILCS 425 of the Illinois statutes governing Private Business and Vocational Schools, and in pursuance of our policy of seeking the greatest satisfaction of our students, AACF refund policy allows a student to withdraw from a course at any time before 80% of the course grounds is covered. A refund of part of the tuition shall be made to the student as provided for in the Enrollment Agreement. Refer to your Enrollment Agreement for details.
